Q: WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Need to return your recent purchase? Please return your item in its original condition within 14 days for a refund or store credit. (Minus Shipping Charges)
Returns sent back after 14 days of purchase will only be eligible for store credit. We will refuse any returns after 30 days from original purchase date.
Refusing Returns: Items MUST be returned in original condition. Items are inspected upon arrival and they MUST be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with original tags/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these conditions.
Lingerie and swimwear cannot be returned. Shoes and clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear. Makeup, hosiery and socks cannot be returned if opened. Sorry...original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.
Very Important Details...
ALL Returns or exchanges MUST be sent back in it's original state. Any items returned damaged will be billed a 15% re-stocking fee or minus 15% off your return. NO EXCEPTIONS. All items must be returned in a sealed package and returned without any signs of use or damage. DO NOT place stickers or labels on any of the shoe boxes when returning your item. We will automatically minus 15% from your original order for a re-stock fee. Shoes MUST be returned in perfect condition and re-packed the way you received them.
CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED/EXCHANGED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE.

Q: HOW DO I SEND SOMETHING BACK? If you live in the continental United States, just visit e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and have the answers to the following questions handy:
1. What was our original purchase date?
2. What is the reason you're sending the item(s) back?
3. What item number(s) and item(s) are you going to be sending back?
4. What is the order number?
5. What is the first and last name the order is listed under?
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON XMAS/HOLIDAY PURCHASES AND ACCESSORIES?
Hosiery and socks that have been opened or used will not be authorized for a return.
Any items that are being returned will qualify for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for store credit.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON HALLOWEEN COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES:
We will accept returns on costumes and accessories as long as we receive them back before October 15th the year in question. Store credit will be issued. We do not issue refunds. Any Halloween costume or accessory that cannot be received by us after October 15th is "Final Sale" and not returnable. If any package sent back will be refused. So please keep in mind when placing your order a few days before or after October 15th, consider your purchase to be Final Sale, since time will not permit a return before the 15th of October.
You will be required to contact us at email@example.com to receive a RA# before shipping back your Halloween Costume or accessories (including shoes). Any Halloween costumes or accessories sent back to us without our authorization will be refused and shipped back to you.
Remember, to get a Return Authorization number, you must call or e-mail us BEFORE sending your product back! Returns that are not accompanied by a Return Authorization number will be sent back to the customer. Returns and exchanges take approximately 2 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.
If an exchange is requested and then cancelled once the new item is ready to be shipped, a 15% re-stocking fee will be billed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you live outside the continental United States, we're sorry but we won't be able to provide you with a return label or reimburse you for return postage costs. You may return the item(s) using any method available. However, we do recommend using a method that can be tracked to avoid lost merchandise. Additionally, if you do live outside the continental United States, there may be additional fees charged by the Customs offices in your country, once the product has been exchanged and re-shipped to you. The Atomic Boutique will not assume responsibility for these fees, nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
